Heart Palpitations?

Lately I've been occassionally having heart palpitations.  And when I lay down in DS's bed to read him stories at night (laying on my left side) it is immediately very noticeable.  If I prop myself up it goes away.  Anyone else experience this, or mention it to your Dr?  I have an appt next week & will ask him about it..  I've had palpitations occassionally pre-pg & saw a Dr for it, but in the end they went away & were nothing to worry about.  I read online that it's very common in pregnancy, but I didn't have this with DS....

    Pregnancy increases your volume of blood which makes your heart pump a little more. No worries. Totally normal.
