1st Trimester

10 wks and can't stay full!!!

Well I'm sure I'm not eating enough food but I've been trying so hard to eat healthier and fruits/veggies as snacks just aren't keeping me full!! Any suggestions of filling snacks to have at work???? When I'm at work all day it's hard to eat to fill me unless I already have it here since I can't just run out on a whim lol!!

  • I would say protein. I have used PB toast (2 pieces) for breakfast and glass of milk to keep me full for a good while. Might eat something like blueberries with it.

  • I keep protein bars (Special K) and peanut butter and whole wheat crackers at my desk. Those usually hold me over until lunch and on my way home before dinner.

    oatmeal is great for feeling full and being healthy! Definitely try to get protein - chicken, beans, etc. will help you feel more full. If you're looking for a healthy, filling snack, try almonds or walnuts with dried fruit.
