Newbie to CD and a Q

Hi all! I'm new to CDing. This is my second boy and CDing was always so intimidating. I send my older son to Montessori and my DD2 will be starting there in August. He will be 13 months. They don't do diapers and are encouraging me to start CDing now

I bought 8 charlie bananas to start. Yay target lol. I find them super soft and easy to use. The only trouble is my son is big and has a lot of junk in his trunk so the two soakers make his butt enormous. Kim K has nothing on him lol

I've got two Itti Bitti Dlish and two flips on the way. I think they will be trimmer and less bulky

My question is can I use just one of the soakers in the CBs to reduce the bulk? I would hate to not use 8 CDs.

Also, I was planning to use the CBs as training pants for when he starts at Montessori. That's ok, right?

    Your DS must be diaper free by 13 months? That's a lot of pressure on you and him. Even if 13 was a typo and you meant 23.

    Oh no. They don't put diapers on the babies. Like even 3month olds. Babies that start there at 3months are usually mostly PT by a year. It's amazing.

    If they wet, they just clean them up
