I was just wondering when daytime sleep patterns start to develop? His overnights are pretty predictable and so are the mornings but the rest of the day is a crap shoot. Some days he eats every 3 hours, some days it's every 2, or a combination. His naps still seem random. Is this normal at this age (7.5 weeks if your mobile). It makes me kind of crazy because I can't anticipate when I can get out off the house to run errands because I don't want to interrupt what could be a nap.
When will I have some sort of schedule and is there anything I can or should be doing to make that happen?
Re: Daytime Sleep Patterns
Honestly, you shouldn't worry about interrupting naps... Just pack up your LO (sleeping or not) and just go!
It's hard to convince yourself to wake your LO from a good nap to get out of the house, but if he is tired enough, he should go back to
