How many snacks does your LO get in a day? What do you give?

Two scheduled snacks and then she will graze if she's in a growth spurt.
We do the usual, Goldfish, fruit, veggies, cheese sticks, veggie/ fruit muffins, etc...
Nope, no snack before bed. Unless she has a freak out when she's go ingot
None of my kids are really snackers. They're 3 meals are pretty big in the day.
if they do snack it's your typical crackers, goldfish, cheese... Things like that.
daycare does a snack at 10am and 3:30pmish.
at in laws DD grazes the entire time

Three snacks around 9:30, 2:30/3, and 7:15. We eat dinner at 5 so if we don't do bedtime snacks they wake up early because they are hungry. DH and I also snack before bed, though, around 8:30.

As a result of said grazing I try to do healthier stuff. Cheese, yogurt, steam packs of veggies, chopped up fruit. Sometimes, I'll have her finish off chicken chunks or the like from lunch.
