Three snacks around 9:30, 2:30/3, and 7:15. We eat dinner at 5 so if we don't do bedtime snacks they wake up early because they are hungry. DH and I also snack before bed, though, around 8:30.
As a result of said grazing I try to do healthier stuff. Cheese, yogurt, steam packs of veggies, chopped up fruit. Sometimes, I'll have her finish off chicken chunks or the like from lunch.

None of my kids are really snackers. They're 3 meals are pretty big in the day.
