sub: to make baker feel better

so, we did a small home improvment project yesterday and there is a little bit of saw dust on our floor.

kiddo is rolling around in the saw dust. and she's snotty. she's covered in sawdust and snot. is that a country music album or what?

then, i sat her up to give her an orange slice. she's eating the orange slice, dropping it, the dog is licking it and then she picks it up to continue eating it. repeat. between the two of them, they are doing quite well on it.

so, now, she's covered in orange juice and sawdust and snot and dog hair....and she is a happy little potato head.

One of the first times dh met Lexie and Logan we went out to eat and I went to the bathroom part way through lunch. Not until we left did Lexie tell me that she dropped her burger on the floor but she ate it anyway because dh picked it up and gave it back

I was just talking about how I want a dog. Howell eats one out of every six cheerios he picks up. The rest land on the floor. A dog would love my kid. Cats don't eat Cheerios.
