Another great appointment!

We had our last appointment with the RE today.  Last week marked the point where we found out we lost our last little one, so I was pretty nervous going into it.  Everything looked great though!

Our little peanut is right on schedule, wiggling away, with a healthy heart rate of 183 bpm!  Everything looked good, and I am cleared to stop taking the estrogen and progesterone!  Next appointment is in 2 weeks, when I graduate to my OB. 

ETA: Looks like it might have originally been twins.  Now that things have started to spread out, it looks like there is also a blighted ovum.   DH was sad, because he always wanted twins.  While it could have been nice, I am perfectly content with our one healthy little peanut.


TTC started Oct '10
Me: AMA w/RSD, atypical PCOS w/IR, LPD and High Prolactin. Controlled HP post-loss.
DH: Low-T and borderline morph
18 cycles, 3 medicated w/RE to get to a BFP!
EDD 9/7/12, Saw HB @7w3d,missed m/c 1/30 @8w3d, d&c 2/8
11 AL cycles, 9 medicated/IUI cycles. All BFFN!
Moving forward with IVF
BFP#2 our little cycle break surprise on AL cycle 12! EDD 10/27/13
Beta #1: 41 Beta #2: 398; perfect u/s 3/11 hb @133bpm
u/s 3/25 one perfect hb @183 bpm, adjusted EDD 10/23/13
MaterniT21 and carrier screens normal. It's a girl!!!

    So glad you had a great appt and even happier that you've passed a loss milestone.  Bittersweet about the twin though.  I'm so glad you've got a LO in there growing and wiggling away!

    I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of the twin. It must be so bittersweet knowing you have a healthy growing LO while having to say goodbye again. But this little angel will get to join your other angels in watching over you and his/her brother or sister. <

    Yay for another terrific appointment!  I'm very sorry to hear about losing a twin, but I'm glad to see that you are keeping an incredibly positive attitude!  Hugs for you and DH!
