workout and weight

Okay I know we just had babies. I have been enjoying this time w DD so much, however, I can't help but be ready to workout. Anyone already working out? My DH works long hours and w a toddler also, walks are almost impossible. I have 10 pounds before pp weight and I would like to lose another 10 on top of that. I'm just trying to figure out how I am ever going to fit in workouts. I will go back to work in two weeks and have both kids, dinner to cook, etc until DH gets home. I guess my question is how does everyone else plan on fitting in exercise?

  • Other than walking, it's been pretty difficult for me to workout. And it's annoying me!!! But once I go back to work in 3 weeks, ill be working out at lunchtime like I typically do. I'm lucky enough to have a gym and shower on site at work. It's like the

  • It would be wonderful to have a gym at work! I teach and there is no way for me to workout, eat, and pee in 25 minutes! Great perk for you!

  • I had a c/s, so nothing other than walking for me... but i am so tempted to at least sneak in some yoga or light pilates.
