Progesterone Suppositories

This is the second pregnancy for my husband and I after four years of trying. unfortunately, our first pregnancy was ectopic. But we kept on trying and are excited about our baby to be! I am 5 weeks and 3 days, but my progesterone is low so my doctor put me on progesterone suppositories twice daily. My Hcg was 2263 last week but my progestrong was only a 4.4. Has anyone else had a similar experience? I am already high risk because I have a blood clotting disorder and now my ob is telling me I have a threatened miscarriage and thiswelcome is voodoo....

    Hi I am on them aswell.  It seems like even though my progesterone is normal my RE has me take them anyway.  I am in the same boat as you.  This is our fourth pregnancy (no kids).  My last was an ectopic and I am 5 weeks today.

    I was on them too. I think it was the only thing that kept me pg til my body started making it around 8-10 weeks.

    My advice get some liners since the supositories are kind of messy.

    Hello!! 

    I'm on the suppositories as well.  Went in at 5w2d and requested my progesterone be tested.  My HCG was really good but my progesterone was only 8.  I have had two previous losses and my doc put me on the suppositori
