I'm sending some MRI results to a nurse in Chicago for an assessment. Do nurses have titles? What should the envelope say. Things like envelope etiquette are very important to me

? I can't do RN, can I since I don't know?

    All nurses are registered through the state. Just google her name and what city/state she's in and it should pull up her title (RN, BSN, MSN, NP, etc.). I definitely would include it, but not unless you can find her actual title.
