A friend of mine just delivered there last week. She used a midwife - Cecily Floyd. She really had a great experience. I'm not sure if they have tubs in all the rooms, but I know that you can bring in your own if you want a water birth.
I've met with Cecily (for a meet and greet) and really liked her, but in the end we chose a birthing center near Baylor.
I am planning to if we don't move. One of my best friends is an OBGYN who has had several friends go through the OBGYN residency there. While in residency many of them delivered their own babies there and rave about it as doctors and patients.

I am.
I go to Drs. Brothers/ Crochet / Fields-Walker
When I had my first appt: they told me Baylor does not have tubs, but they have showers.
I have heard that they are very accommodating to Doulas, if you choose to have one.
They have private rooms, which is great.
