I know most of you have not started solids yet, but I'd like some advice on constipation. My DD had her 6 month appt last week and doctor said we could start intoducing solids. I started giving her 1 tablespoon of oatmeal cereal with 2 tablespoons of my breastmilk couple times a day. She's eating it alright. Since introducing solids, she has not pooped in 3 days. I hear constipation is common when introducing solids. I've tried all the usual things like massage her belly, bicycle kicks, warm bath, water & juice, but still no poop. She normally poops everyday. She's still eating and sleeping well and doesn't seem to be fussy. I know she's teething soon since she's drooling lots and biting on everything.
Any suggestions & advice to get things moving again? How long should I let it go on before taking her to see the doctor? Thank you in advance!
