PACK AN EXTRA SHIRT!!!

UGH! I was at lunch with my mom today and LO was just starting to fuss so I picked him up and about 10 minutes later as I was handing him off to my mom I realized he had poop creeping up his back and it was on my shirt as well. I always have extra clothes for him but I will now ALWAYS pack a shirt for me. I changed him in the bathroom and we left right away...but I today I was that mom with poop and puke on her leaving the restaurant. Oh the joys of motherhood.

So just some advice for all you moms...go put an extra shirt in the diaper bag right now!

We use cloth and I've never had a problem with creeping poop until we used disposables on our last vacation. Well we were on the airplane and I went to change her and realized she had poop ALL up her back! Having never had that problem I didn't even think

I always keep an emergency bag in the car. In this bag I have diapers for both kids, wipes, ANOTHER extra outfit for both (plus one in the diaper bag), a complete extra outfit for me, snacks that get rotated out every couple of weeks, extra blank

I take a tip from Jessica Alba and wear a scarf whenever I am out in public with DS. It covers stains, wipes up spit/drool, and can act as a cover if we need to NIP. However, I will learn from your story and probably start packing a think shir
