Ok ladies, we are a 1 car family now. Have been for a few weeks. We sold DH's car with the intention of buying a gas saving vehicle for him to drive to work. Well, we decided we could make the 1 car thing work for a little bit. I think iit would be fine but DH has been working 16 hour days. I'm lonely and getting bored of the same activities. We can't really spend much time outside because it's still pretty cold and I have DS with me, we can't even go to the grocery store for sanity. So my question for other 1 car families, how do you make this work, what do you do to not get into a rutt?
I'm going walk down to my parents house today to see if my mom would want to hit up khols or JoAnn Fabrics. I just hate depending on other people, so I don't want to ask for a ride everyday. Maybe I won't be so stir crazy when DH isn't working so much. I can't wait for summer!!!

We are a one car family too. But I live near nothing. So I cant walk anywhere either. I get bored but taking 2 kids to a store is stressful anyway. And my 3 month old hates the car. We live in AZ so we just go outside a lot
He works about 30-35 min away, M-Th. He is gone from 530am till almost 5pm. It would be a hassle to take him to work, and go and get him with P in tow, so we make d
