I LOVE the cheesy potato casserole that involves frozen hashbrowns, diced onion, cream of whatever soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and topped with corn flakes. YUM!

We always have mashed potatoes and gravy, bisquits and something with pineapple. The something pineapple is usually candied pineapple or a pineapple casserole that is kind of like a bread pudding.

Re: Gimme your Easter menu, pretty please
We're hosting Easter, we're having a late lunch/dinner. Here's our menu:
- Ham (DH will be cooking this, I am not a ham fan)
- Asparagus risotto
- Biscuits - I plan to use bunny and duck cookie cutters for them
- Salad and veget
Ham and mashed potatoes with ham gravy. I'm making mac and cheese as a side dish this year (first time, hopefully it goes over well).
I'm not picky
There's always a ton of food, but I can't say I remember the rest of the must-hav

Mscrispy, I love the bunny shaped biscuit idea. Maybe I'll do that for breakfast.
Sols, that recipe looks sooo good (and so healthy, lol). I'm going to have to keep that in mind since I know there'll be tons of ham leftover.
