in Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months
Ok DD is only a year old but the tantrums are already starting slapping my face when she's pissed so I want to be prepared for when discipline needs to start.... Or know if I should be starting now???
What books on discipline Sony recommend??

    I have heard amazing things about 123 Magic- I have it on order, but haven't read it yet. The amazon reviews are fantastic, though. :)

    What do you do to address this now? DD went through a playful hitting stage around 1 and we would take her hands and model gentle touches. I would not allow hitting even at one if I were you. The few times DD has hit me out of anger I've taken her hand

    I love Happiest Toddler as well as Raising Your Spirited Child. Both are a great combination of explaining why the behavior is happening as well as offering solutions.
