What is your night feeding routine?

Here's mine:

- hear baby through monitor

- mentally coax myself out of bed

- go pee

- get drink of water

- change baby's diaper

- feed on both sides

- burp her

- swaddle her back up in the crib

- go back to bed

This all takes about 25 minutes.

Omg I wish it took 25 minutes to feed at night. It takes about an hour.

I nurse her then supplement with formula. After that she's upright for 15 to 30 minutes. She has a diaper change then she's swaddled and rocked and put to sleep.

I wish mine took only 25 minutes. I have the same routine, but after swaddling, I hold DS up for 20 minutes so that he doesn't get any acid reflux. Sometimes I even have to top him up. It takes around an hour.
