I am breaking out like a teenager! My OB said to just use bar soap like dove. I asked what things to stay away from in skin products and was told Salicylic Acid and Benzoyl Peroxide. Does anyone know about glycolic acid? One of the products I have used in the past and love has glycolic acid in it but not the others.

BP is considered safe. It's retinol, retin-A, Salicyclic acid thats not safe. Glycolic is safe.

My Dr. told me products and spot treatments with azelaic acid were safe to use during pregnancy. Hope that helps!
