Do you think its a tad bridezillaish for a bride to make all her bridesmaids by an extra dress for just the bachlorette party? She wants all the dresses to look like the dress for the wedding.

I think it is ridiculous to expect you to buy a second dress for the bachelorette party. It is so expensive to be in a wedding. I would be annoyed if a friend asked me to do this.

That's a bit much... Maybe suggest everyone just wear the same color so it's still sort of what she wAts but you guys can discuss a color everyone has? Or maybe suggest you guys make cheap sashes that say bridesmaids?

I have never heard of this and, to be honest, it's a little weird. I, personally, wouldn't do it -- that's asking a lot of anyone, but it seems like you have a lot on your plate right now.
