MH and I have been getting very health conscious and incorporating more and more whole unprocessed food to our daily diets. Anyway after watching the documentary Hungry for Change, and more thorough research I was inspired to try detoxing.
After reading about several plans, I found one that incorporated some unblended food. This is quite possibly the hardest thing I have ever done. Anyone have words of wisdom or experience to share? Does it get easier as the days go on? I feel so hungry and want something that is not a fruit, vegetable, or has been liquefied. Cookies to those who got through this novel.
