What happens if the bleeding doesn't stop?

I called my doctor today, because at 8 weeks out, I am still bleeding.  I am to call back in a week if I am still bleeding, he thinks I may have my period, I am not convinced, since I thought I had it a few weeks ago and I didn't.

    I am in the same position. I know I had my period at seven weeks pp, but am still bleeding... I saw two doctors. Both said this was in the range of normal. I am soooo sick of wearing a pad.

    With DS1 I had PP bleeding for 10 weeks. My OB then said it was normal and could last for 12 weeks PP. Hopefully it stops soon for you!

    I'n 8 weeks PP as well an still bleeding. Glad to know it's not just me, I was getting really worried.

    I'm almost 10 weeks PP, and just had some light bleeding on Saturday.  Grr.

    With DS #1, at 8 weeks PP, my doctor suggested doing a D&C if it didn't stop.  I think that scared my body into stopping.  ;-)  I've learned I jus
