Outfit opinions for photos

I know when something totally works. But I'm not sure if either or both of these totally don't work. Opinions?

I'm trying to wear that dress, but matching that to something for her (and him) is maybe not the easiest.

Photos will be outside in lots of green, and I'm going for a mildly vintage sort of feel.

The colors in her dress are a bit brighter than they appear here.

And if either of these work, what on earth would Russ wear? He's not a white button up kind of guy.

I LOVE that first combination. It's beautiful! You two would look adorable.
As for Russ... khakis and a light colored shirt. I would have said button up, but maybe a light polo? Would he do that?

I like option #2 better only because I think both her romper and your dress are too close together to differentiate in the pictures. You both compliment eachother in #2 without competing like #1, IMO! Both super cute btw!

#2 for sure. The first option is too similar and matchy-matchy (although I adore that outfit!) I think the second option will look amazing with a green/sping background.

Oh yay! I was afraid #2 would be too much. I wanted it to work. Now to find something for Russ. I'm sure it will be khakis and some top.

I also vote the second option! Russ can always wear Khakis and then a shirt with any of the colors from the Adiah's outfit. Super cute dresses by the way!

I like the contrast of #2. The first one seems like you're trying to match too much. Would Russ wear a polo? I think it would look good with a dark polo that matched the dark on Adiah's dress.

I love, love, love the 2nd option. Your dress is gorgeous, and I think Adiah's will contrast nicely. As for what would Russ wear? I would make him wear jeans and a shirt in navy blue. Is that what color the spots on Adiah's dres
