My 3yo dd is an extremely picky eater and I've been contemplating making smoothies for her to get her fruits in and maybe hide some good stuff in them too like spinach and other veggies. Anyone had luck with trying this? Any recipes to share?

I can't tell you how much I do because I just eye ball it. But always milk, vanilla yogurt and one banana. Then I do 1 or 2 additional veggies and 1 additional fruit, plus some sort of fat to make it more filling and help with vitamin absor
we make smoothies. i don't really follow recipes--i just utilize what we have on hand. as the others said, all you really need is milk, fruit and yogurt to mask any taste of vegetables. i use stuff like avocado or beans a lot that are full of protein.<
We did smoothies pretty regularly for a while, DS always drank it all. Never followed a recipe, just threw together whatever I had. I haven't had to do them recently. Definitely worked for us though.

Definitely yes! I actually was looking for ways to incorporate green leafy veggies into the whole family's diet. DH is just like a kid when it comes to veggies. My kids eat fruit fine and I can get them to do broccoli, raw carrots, and sweet potatoes
