Prenatal yoga classes?

Hey there! Just wondering if anyone in the Austin/Cedar Park area happens to know of a good prenatal yoga place? I don't want to pay a lot, have looked into donation based locations, and even free ones...wondering if anyone has one they know of and/or love?

    Hi Sweta,

    I went to Yoga Yoga and they have great HathaFlow and Prenatal classes. The Northwest location is my favorite. I believe the first week you go they have a promotion where it costs somewhere around $27 for that first week, it gives you an opportunity to try different instructors and classes.  Thereafter, they have specials where you can buy a few classes for one set price.

    Thanks Michelle! That was actually one of the ones I was considering. Good to hear that you've enjoyed it! I live northwest so that will work out great! Any instructors you'd recommend?

    From personal experience, I would recommend both Austin Prenatal Yoga and Yoga Yoga.
