I've read that some babies dont like spicy foods and wont BF for as long if you've had something spicy.. I'll find this out pretty quickly as we put cayenne in most everything we eat.. Other than that I'm hoping that PPs are right and that I can just eat
Breastfeeding is actually one of the best ways to introduce foods, ESP. Ones that kids are often allergic to. I've seen some recent studies that actually say that kids may be more likely to develop allergies to things they are not exposed to during breast
2 of my kids had no problems with anything I ate, one I had to give up dairy as it was causing a lot of fussiness and gassiness and he had eczema, and it got better once the dairy was out of my diet. He still has a mild milk allergy.
