1st Trimester

just not content

I'm 7 1/2 weeks prego and I haven't been able to be comfortable or content in the evening since the beginning. Any food suggestion that might help me relax more at night? Any general suggestions? Thanks moms:

  • An apple before bed, then laying on my left side with a pillow between my legs helps me

  • Bananas are great for insomnia. Not sure if that's what you mean or if you just mean you're uncomfortable. If that's the case typically for me it's because I'm more bloated in the evening. Try reclining rather than sitting up fully or wearing looser waist
