I love the name Colin! You shouldn't second guess because it's really nice and underused.

Callahan is a surname...I don't like it as a first name (Coming from someone who likes Lennon for a boy!)

Of those, I prefer Colin, then Caleb.
I could get behind Callahan if it were a family surname. I generally find it a bit strange when people use surnames that are not family names as first names.

Colin and Caleb are okay. Callahan is last namish to me. I do know someone that named her son Callan, which is cute and goes with the other names you like.
