  We just got the navigator double in preparation for DS #2. Although we haven't used it with 2 babies yet, we set it up and have used it with DS1. It seems very stable, plus the bottom seat fully reclines, which is important for a newborn.

  I've been through that with two kids. I've used the Sport in all the configurations possible, and honestly, newborn straight in the stroller in flay lying mode with toddler on front was my favorite. It is very stable, even with a wiggly toddler on

  The seat reclined flat is perfect for a newborn! I wouldn't go running like that but for walks it works very well. I'm sad that nobody will use my little jump seat again!

  Have you looked at the Phil & Teds +one? It sounds like exactly what you're looking for. Only thing is that you have to use the included cocoon for a newborn, and that would be hot for a summer baby but perfect for a fall/winter baby
