Apparently Benjamin has mommies appetite. I'm thinking that gaining weight won't be much of a problem! He ate at 6:45 last night, breastfed and 4 ounces of formula. Then at bedtime he breastfed again and took another 2 ounces. Then got up at midnight, breastfed again. And at 3am DH got up with him and he took 6 ounces! WTH?!

Sometimes he won't take the bottle after breastfeeding no matter how hard I try. I'm assuming that means he isn't hungry... I'm just worried and want to make sure he's getting enough. Anyone else have a rough time at the beginning when starting to supplement? Hoping the pills to increase my supply will kick in and we can leave formula behind. Making bottles is a PITA!

    We supplement, so I'll BF him first when he's hungry, and then after that he'll normally eat another 2 to 4 oz. I have a hungry hungry hippo too. Sometimes he's not hungry immediately after BFing, so we don't force it, but if he's obviously still hungry
