did I mess up my boobs?!

So DD is four weeks and I've EBF the whole time. Last Monday I decided to start pumping after the am feed since I wanted to start giving her a bottle here and there to get used to it before I go back to work. DD feeds on both sides usually 10 to 15min each and then I've been pumping 6 to 8 oz after in about ten minutes.... The problem is now when I wake up in the am I am painfully engorged! I can feel little lumps and practically shoot the milk out! So now I feed and pump to alleviate it...Did I screw up my boobs?

    Wow to the 8 oz in 10 min!  You didn't screw them up, you just trained them to make a  lot of milk!  If you don't mind and it's not bugging your LO, it's probably fine.  I always pumped in the morning with DS1 too because you have m
