6 weeks and 1 day, spotting or early sign of miscarriage?

I noticed a light brownish or redish on my underwear last night... But its not like its continuous. What could cause that? I'm really worried.

    Totally normal.

    From my expierence go to your doctor and find out. WIth my first pregnancy that happened and I lost the baby. This time it also happened but Me and baby are doing good 10 weeks 4 days strong. Doc's say that its VERY common just not NORMAL.
