9 month sleep regression

If your LO hit a period of sleep regression at 9 months, how long did it last? Between DS being sick for 2 weeks, getting sick myself, and now dealing with these sleep issues, I feel like I'm going through NB hell again. We let him CIO if we know nothing is physically wrong, but I'm just about ready to shut off the monitor so I don't have to lay awake listening to him whine for an hour. (I have tried going in to comfort him in his crib, but that just made him cry.) Tell me that I'll get a decent night's sleep soon.

  • We are going through it. The only way I can get DD back down at night is to rock her to sleep.... like a NB all over again. I tried even to let her sleep with me and all she wants to do it squeeze my face and babble. I will let you know when it ends! Im n
