Well, Strike 6. 

6th medicated cycle, 5th IUI, 1st cycle after Lap resulted in a MF-ing BFN this morning.  I was cramping all day yesterday, which is unusual as I don't ever cramp until AF is already here.  I allowed myself to get a glimmer of hope.  I woke up this morning (12dpo), peed on a FRER and then looked & saw blood.  ::Cue serious uncontrollable sobbing::

I'm now just pissed at myself for thinking that it was going to be as easy as that.  I wouldn't admit it until now, but I really thought since I had the Lap and got the endo out that the next cycle would be a winner.  3 follies, great post wash numbers, endo-free and still nothing.  The thought of starting over makes me want to vomit.  

Thanks for listening to my sob story.  I'm going to pick up some beer, probably some brownies, and watch basketball for the next day and half.  I'm getting really good at staring blankly at the tv.

    I'm sorry. That sucks. I think as much as we deny it to ourselves we do all get our hopes up each month, especially after we've taken a new step. We so desperately want to believe that that was "it" and now everything will work, and it sucks, sucks, sucks

    I'm sorry :(   It is so frustrating when all the numbers look good, everything goes right, there is no reason why it shouldn't work, and you still get a BFN.  IF sucks.  It doesn't make any sense and it just sucks.

    BFP #1: 2/15/12-Ectopic/Mtx at 6 wks
    BFP #2: 10/12/12-m/c at 5 wks. 
    BFP #3: 8/27/13
    Me: MTHFR, Low AMH (1.1), High NK cells and Antiphospholipid Antibodies.
    DH:MFI-Low morph (1%), DNA fragmentation: Excellent!
    5 rounds of clomid, 3 IUIs, and multiple non-medicated cycles- BFFN                                                      
    IVF with ICSI in August 2013 brought us our babies.  ER-9R, 7M, 4F w/ICSI  ET of 2-Grade 2 blasts. 
    + HPT at 6dp5dt. #1 (8dp5dt)- 105    #2 (13dp5dt)- 510  #3 (15dp5dt)- 960  #4 (17dp5dt)- 1889
    Dx shortened cervix, PTL, and preeclampsia during pregnancy.  Lots of medications and 13 weeks of bedrest, babies were born healthy at 34w4d!

    ***SIGGY WARNING***

    DX: Unexplained
    6 Failed IUIs (Clomid and Gonal F).  
    IVF #1 began August 2013- BC, 4 days of Estrace, stimmed with Gonal F and Menopur, Ganirelix, 9R 5M 5F, Medrol and Doxycycline, 5 day transfer of 2 early blastocysts- good quality, Progesterone, Estrace, and baby aspirin, BETA on 9/20 BFN,   IVF #2 began September 2013, stimming with Gonal F (higher dose) and Menopur, Ganirelix, 18R 14M 9F with ICSI, 5 day transfer of 2 BBs one was starting to hatch, 2 frosties: 1  BB and 1 AC, BETA on 10/21, BFN BETA was a 5- chemical 
    Getting some more testing and trying to figure out what the issue is before FET in December, started acupuncture on 11/10, RLP and some other BW nothing major to report except slightly high Prolactin. Prolactin was slightly high when I started with my RE and I already had an MRI which was Neg.  Endo biopsy=negative.  WTF is wrong with us???
    12/18/13 FET of 1 BB and 1 AC.  Hoping for a miracle.  Beta 12/26 Low BETA-8 2nd BETA 5- chemical
    After 3 failed transfers IDK where to go from here.  Still no real answers as to why this isn't working.  Getting a second opinion in February and looking into immune testing.  
    2/14- NEW RE- Immune testing showed a partial dq alpha match with DH- On prednisone and did intralipids prior to transfer.  3/14 Lupron, gonal f, menopur, HGH.  ER 15 mature all 15 fertilized!  5dt of an early blast grade 1 and an expanded blast grade 2.  BETA on 4/21.  1 grade 2 embryo frozen
    BETA #1 59 BETA #2 148 BETA #3 283 BETA #4 2,783! US at 6w2d shows 1 bean measuring right on track! HR 121.  US at 8w3d measuring on track HR 177. Released form my RE.  EDD 12/28

    Feb 14: Gonal-f + IUI #5 = BFP! (EDD 11/4/14)
    Baby boy arrived 11/13/14!

    I am so sorry about the BFMFN.  There's really nothing else to say aside from it sucks, and it's unfair.  I hope you can find a small bit of enjoyment in your weekend, even if it's just in the comfort food & drinks.  (((HUGS)))

    Saw heartbeat twice before missed M/C at 8w3d on 12/27/13, missing my little angel boy
    JUNE 2014 IVF#2;  5R, 2M, 1F Three day transfer 6/7.  Beta 6/18 - BFN

    I'm so sorry for your BFP!  Your comfort food/drink plan sounds outstanding...I would probably make it an all weekend affair.  UGH!!  Lots of positive thoughts coming your way.
    37yrs old. Married 9 yrs. TTC since 2010. Clomid with no monitoring. Dx with PCOS. Started with RE..3. HSG normal. Husband normal. 3 Failed IUI with letrazole, 1 cycle canceled with letrazole bc no follicle development. Took break...natural pregnancy...resulted in miscarriage@6wks, D&C. Currently(2013) started injectables(Menopur)&will do another IUI. Have been doing acupuncture weekly for 2 yrs. On metformin and supplements.

    : I'm sorry.. I felt the same way after my lap. My RE said the three months after the lap were my best shots. Here we are six months later and nothing. It sucks!!! Hopefully you've been enjoying some basketball and beer!

    5/27/2014: Team purple!!!!  EDD 10/10/2014 / 
    Delivered by c-section at 32w0d 8/15/2014 due to preeclampsia/HELLP syndrome

    Ugh, so sorry niffie. =( Sending lots of hugs! I believe we were cycle buddies and I'm right there with ya in the BFN department.  Hope the beer, brownies and basketball are helping! Hang in there!

    TTC #1** Went off BCP July 2011

    Me: 31 DH:31


    Jan 2012 Dx PCOS by OB/Gyn


    July 2012 - Tests with RE confirmed PCOS and annovulation

    2 rounds of clomid, 5 IUI's using clomid + injectibles. 

    Surprise BFP while on break cycle due to cysts.  It's a girl! Baby "E" born on Thanksgiving Day 11/28/13

    Married October 2009. Me 29 H 28.
    After 1 year of infertility, our little miracle was conceived via our 3rd IUI on May 5, 2013.
    Holland Sophia was born Jan 24, 2014.

    I am sorry to hear about your BFN. Big hugs to you. I hope you enjoyed your beer, brownies and basketball as much as possible.
    TTC #1 since May 2006 - We thought we were done in 2010, but we are back again!
    PCOS (anovulatory and amenorrhea) and hypothyroid.
    Currently taking Metformin 1500 MG and Synthroid.
    Prior HSG and DH SAs were clear.
    Feb 2013 - Switched clinics/RE and starting from the beginning again with some modifications.
    Current status: CD 3 appointment showed lining was too thick (11.5 mm). Endometrial biopsy scheduled for CD 11. Next steps will be based on results.

    I am on the same boat. IUI #2 was a bust. I was very hopeful. Even talked to my uterus and ovaries the whole 2 week wait, -_- no cramps at all which was very unusual for me. And of course the first sign of blood the water works just kept on flowing. Poor
