Intro: Second Time Mommy

I just found out last Monday that we are expecting. I'd known for awhile from symptoms not unlike my first pregnancy. We have G/B twins born Jan 2012. I haven't even told DH yet but plan to do that tomorrow once the babies and I are back home as we've been out of town all week with family.

I'm somewhat cautious as we're only 4w2d due Nov 28 according to OPK and I've learned the hard way not to get my hopes up with a previous first trimester loss. I have our first doctors appointment Tuesday to confirm pregnancy and they'll likely send me for beta blood work. I'm also planning to ask for an early U/S around 8 wks just to be sure everything's okay.

FXd this is for real and I can relax a bit more as time passes on. I've always thought that November would be a good month to have a baby. Even though I'm a bit scared of having three babies under two years old..
