Bedtime Routine?

When did you start establishing a bedtime routine with you LO?  What is your routine?

    We started a set daily routine at 4mo, although we'd been doing most of it before that as well. We turn on her lullabies and talk to her in a low calm voice throughout the routine: undress, brush teeth, lavender lotion, diaper, pjs, milk with story, into

    We started a bed time routine at 3 weeks. It's varried a bit here and there, but basically it's the same. We started out at 8:00 doing bath (EOD), lotion, diaper, pj's, say good night to daddy, low lights, nursing with a bed time story, and into bed. A

    the only consistent thing right now is making sure all the lights are off... we arent doing a bath every night and there is no set feeding time since shes still so young and eats very often theres no real way to do that just yet.
