Daycare Costs?

Can anyone give me a heads up on what daycare costs are in Seattle versus Tacoma?? We are moving up there- my husband will be working in Seattle and I *may* be working in Tacoma, I cannot seem to find any information on if daycare will be cheaper in Tacoma then the $1600/mo rate I've been quoted in Seattle.

Let me say that this will be for an infant and I will only need to have little one in daycare 4 days a week. Any info would be great! Thanks

from what I've heard, Seattle prices are a little more steep than Tacoma. I think you could probably find 1600, but the place may not be to your liking. I think it can range from 1600-2200, depending on where it is. You may want to look for an in home day

Daycare is really expensive and the range of $1600 to $2200 sounds like a good range for center daycares. I'm so glad I'm able to stay home for now because due to my choice in career, my paycheck would be going to childcare only.

My kids went to an in home daycare in North Tacoma. We paid 750 a month for each. I looked into centers in the same area and they were closer to 1000 for each child. But the centers offered a small discount on my second and third child, the in home daycar
