anyone mix elecare or neocate with BM?

We have been trying to give 7 month old DS elecare for one of his feedings because I just can't pump enough to keep up with him.  He drinks a little bit of it and then refuses to finish it.  I am so stressed about this...has anyone mixed formula and BM? I am nervous to try bc I don't want him to refuse that too and then the precious BM be wasted...Thanks!

    Yes, I've been mixing neocate into BM it increase LO's caloric intake so it's probably less concentrated than what you're doing, but I second the temperature trial. DS hates anything to do with neocate but he's more likely to take it with the warmer milk.

    I haven't mixed with those formulas specifically, but have mixed BM with formula.  If you can, try slowly introducing the formula by mixing mostly BM with it, and then move to half BM and half formula, then mostly formula and a little BM.  It
