but I think people on 3-6 months just said they 1) microwave BM for bottles and 2) patted themselves on the back for removing the nipples to do so

    I am not judging!... I just thought nuking BM stripped the nutrients......?  And I like to make fun of people on other boards.... but if Nov mommies do it its FINE....:)

    I'll nuke the water before adding formula, and make sure it's shaken to prevent hot spots, but, I thought there was a reason other than hot spots for why you're not supposed to use the microwave with bm.
