extreme arching is that rolling over?

DD2  has been arching her back like crazy, to the point that it looks like she's trying to roll over onto her tummy from her back.  She kind of gets half way onto her side and doesn't actually fully pull the rest of her body over so that she's on her tummy.  Is that the first step to rolling from back to tummy - I don't remember what DD1 did!!

    D & R were born at 37w5d.

    Yes- DS was arching his back nonstop every time I try to sit him up on the couch.  About a week or 10 days later, he rolled back->tummy.
