Diono Radian RXT or 120?

We're ready to buy DS a bigger seat.  We're debating between the two.  Should we get the RXT for the extra head support or just the 120?  Thanks!

    You won't be able to use the headwings until he's on the 3rd slot, but that's pretty much the difference. I got the RX (the SSK model, same as the RXT) on sale for less than the 120 or I'd have just got the 120. Both have the same padding in the seat,

    I went with the 120 since it will be usable for even longer because it doesn't have the headwings. Eventually your kid might get so tall that the shoulders will run into the wings. This is not a problem with the 120. DS is only 8 months, so he is going to

    I have the 100 and the 120. I didn't buy the RXT because of the head cusions. I felt like my kid couldn't move around. I orginally had a maxi cosi, and he was really uncomfortable. He could barely move his head especially when you have hats and coats on.

    We haven't started using it yet, so I can't review it, but we went with the RXT.  I chose this option because the newest model, in two of the colors, if free of chemical flame retardants.  This is high on the importance list for me.
