Dropping afternoon nap?

For the 4th day in a row, our almost 11 month old has screamed and refused our afternoon nap. After about 20 minutes, I've gone in to get her. She naps earlier in the day from about 10:45-12:15. She used to nap earlier in the day (from about 10ish til 11) and then go down again around 3:30 for an hour. Do you think I should stop putting her down in the afternoon? She has been sleeping very well the last few nights: 715pm to 7 am. Anyone have any insight or advice? Thank you!

My LO has dropped her afternoon nap in the last few weeks too. And a girl the same age at our baby class is doing the same thing! I think I will just try to move her morning nap a little later.

According to WebMD (and Dr. Google) babies do drop a nap and go down to one about 18 months of age. Perhaps your LO is just doing this early?

My daughter seems to be doing the same thing. She used to nap at 10 am (for about 60-90 minutes) and again at about 3 pm (for 60-90 minutes). However in the last week or so she has been napping later in the morning - around 11 am - and then
