Shortly after 9 this morning the police department was called to a house in the town where I go to school and student teach. A mother and her one year old son were both shot. She is fine but her son did not make it. The suspects? A boy between 10 and 12 and a boy between 13 and 15!

I cannot wrap my mind around why these children were not in school, how they got a gun, and why on earth they would kill an innocent baby and shoot his mother?!

    I saw they arrested the boys today.  This just breaks my heart, I can't even imagine.
