Stomach virus....

First one ever and she is 22 months old. This is really the first time she has ever been this sick. Throwing up since 12am and she won't really drink anything. I'm starting to freak out. Not sure what else to give her to make her feel better. Dr. said it could last 3 days! does that mean she will be throwing up for the next 3 days??? Help!
