Stomach bug :(

I must have gotten a stomach virus or food poisoning yesterday.  I started having distention and pain last night and then the nausea, vomiting and diarrhea started. I've not been able to keep anything down except for a few sips of water. Of course when I googled it the first thing that came up was Listeria. I know that's unlikely, but now I'm paranoid. I shouldn't have looked. Has anyone dealt with this? Do you think I should call my doctor? I was able to sleep though the night after my episode late last night, but then it started up again this morning and I have no fever.

TTC 10/11. IUI 2/12. BFP 3/8/12. 4/26/12 missed mc. RE consult 5/17/12. IVF #1 ER 7/13/12 53R, 41M ICSIed, 32F, 8 5d, 6 6d blasts - all PGD/frozen. PGD results 1 normal M and 1 normal F, 1 maybe M. FET 9/6, transferred 1 F embie. Beta 9/15 BFN. FET#2 planned for 11/2012 put off until 2013. Surprise BFP 11/21/12!! My son was born on 7/24/13!

FET 4/28/2015 - Transferred 1 M embie. 5/6/15 BFP!

    I'm sorry you're so sick.  That sounds like what I had about 2 weeks ago.  It started with diarrhea and then I started vomiting. It was the sickest I have ever been.  It lasted almost 24 hours.  I did manage to eventually get down s

    I would go ahead and call. You're right, it probably isn't listeria, but at the very least the doc might be able to recommend some comfort measures. They do tend to get concerned about dehydration if you can't keep fluids down. Sorry you feel so terrible,

    It sounds like a garden-variety stomach bug or food poisoning.  I had a bug like that in the 1st tri.  It really sucked!  I also didn't have a fever - stomach bugs often don't come with one.  If you aren't feeling better within a coupl

    I had something like that my first trimester. I called nurse advice line and they came me a timeline of when to call them again if it lasted too long. I hope you will call them. It may set your mind at ease. Hope you are better soon!
