So...Alastair is not ready to be trained i think. But he can take his diaper off. AND his pants. So what do I do now? Tape? Staples?

Could you purchase a few of the cloth diapering diaper covers that have snaps. You could put it over his diaper and they are a lot harder to get the snaps undone. I've head this working for some people

My DD went through this phase. We duct taped that diaper on her. Totally worth it! We only had to do that for like 2 months before she forgot the fun of ripping it off.
