Things change including friends (vent)

I am getting a bit stir crazy having to be inside with just me and baby. This is one of the draw backs of January baby (at least in this climate). I am loving my time with him, but it sucks that I'll be heading back to work right as the weather gets nice!

And what happened to my friends? Half of them haven't even come by to meet my little man. I always heard things change after a baby, but I had no idea it would be so fast. I just joined the local mommy group. Hopefully I'll make some new friends there!

Anyone else lonely and bored?

Yes, I definitely feel this way. Even when friends do come over, there's not much we can do since she needs so much attention. All we can really do is sit around and talk. We don't have family in the area and I don't trust her with just some random care.c

Same here. I have major cabin fever and its so flipping cold out. not many friends i can call up to hang out with either. But work starts in nineteen days so then I'll be too busy to be lonely.
