Okay, so, I'm not going to lie. I am a lazy, plus size woman. I was very active about 13ish years ago. I'd run 9 - 10 miles a day 5x a week, BUT, when I entered the relaxed world of college, all that went out the door and chocolate and booze entered. I cut the booze real quick, as it was affecting my GPA, but unfortunately the chocolate stayed and laziness replaced the booze. I am now 9 weeks with my and my husband's first. I bought Buff Moms to Be from a recommendation I saw on here, and it kicked my butt.I also bought Shiva Rae's prenatal yoga but haven't tried it yet. I am worried though about my being overweight and losing some of the fat I've gained over the years. My doctor said that with my more active lifestyle now, I'm bound to lose weight, but I failed to ask him what too much weight is. Any help would be awesome. ALSO, any workout routines for getting back into things would be awesome too:) Thanks!!
Re: Plus Size Momma to be
Now is not the time to actively lose weight. If you are overweight, you should concentrate on only gaining the recommended amount not losing any. Once the baby comes, then you can go gung ho losing.
Honestly, I would probably seek a second

You should start slow. Go for walks and gradually increase the distance. Dont over do it. Eat healthy foods. Dont necessarily count calories just be conscious of what you eat and drink lots of water.
Good luck!
Try low impact cardio (biking/walking). listen to your body.
I've had to modify my workout routine. Prepregnancy, I was on a stationary speed bike for 30m
