Success after scar removal?

I have a hysteroscopy scheduled to remove scar tissue from my uterine wall and a laparoscopy to look for endometriosis on April 9th.  Has anyone here conceived after removal of scar tissue?  Does anyone know what the rate of pregnancy after this surery is?
Me: 37; DH: 35, SA normal ttc 1st since 11/2011 1/2013: HSG 2/2013-4/2013: acupuncture 3/2013: SHG 4/9/13: lap removed stage 2 endo & ovarian cyst 9/2013-11/2013: Clomid 3x 12/2013: IUI/superO 2013: spent $4,900 on treatment Waiting until 1/2015 for IVF insurance

    I had scar tissue removed from my uterus via hysteroscopy in September and then again in October. I got pregnant in November. I don't know how common this is but I was pretty shocked that it happened so quickly. Especially after ttc for almost 2 years

    I had it done to remove a polyp and assorted debris from my uterus, so that my embryos (I did IVF) would have a better chance of sticking, and it worked on the first try both times (didn't do a repeat surgery after DD).

    10/10: Married; 5/11: Dx: Blocked Fallopian Tube; 7/11: D&C/Hysteroscopy to remove polyp
    IVF #1: 9/11: ER: 12R, 11M, 10F, No Frosties; 5dt: 2 blasts, 1 morula; DD born 6/3/12
    IVF #2: 11/12-12/12: ER: 20R, 20M, 16F, 4 Frosties; 5dt: 3 blasts, DS born 8/9/13
