When y'all say you're dieting...

what exactly are you doing. Are you following a specific diet (south beach, Atkins, etc) or are you just watching what you eat?

Please tell me what is working for you

  • Currently I'm attempting to stick to 1200 calories a day. Which I'm really good at most days. I try to eat healthier things also, but more often than not it's just the smaller calorie items. I'm tracking them using MyFitnessPal.

  • same, lost 30 and the last 10 have been an issue.  During the week I really try to eat small meals and a healthy dinner and I brush my teeth right away so I dont give into dessert.  Drink alot of water.
