  I've taken PrimaCare during both of my pregnancies with no problems or complaints.  They're prescription.  First time I took PrimaCare One and this time I'm on just PrimaCare with DHA and Omega 3's.

  I have been using the generic CVS store brand..so far so good... I used to take one a day's, but they made me sick..Others say they use flintstones vitamins 2 times a day.

  Flintstone's complete. Take two to get enough folic acid. You'll need a calcuim supplement as well.

  I take the ones at walmart (spring or nature valley im not sure) with a calcium supplement.  I wait about half an hour after I eat and have no problems.  good luck!

  I'm taking Prenate DHA. It's the only one from the samples that the doc gave me that didn't make me sick. I also have a bottle of the generic CVS ones. Those don't ever make me feel sick either (but they don't have DHA). If all else fails, take 2 Flinstones/day.

  New Chapter Perfect Prenatal - You take 3 a day, but you can take them on an empty stomach cuz they are all natural and they won't make you sick.

  I have the Publix store brand and my OB gave me Select OB in a blue box. They are chewable or you can swallow. They have a sweet berry taste!

  I have not tried to take them after dinner. Inormally try to take them early to mid day because if I take them to late I can't sleep. They almost give me a boost.Last night about 8 i took prima care. I stayed up until about 11 and finally crashed so, we will see. Everyday seems like a new adventure this pregnancy.
